All That Glitters is Platinum: the 2015 Hermes Creative Awards

Hermes

This year, we threw our hat in the ring to compete for the Hermes Creative Awards. These awards honor the concept, writing and design of creative work across traditional and emerging mediums.

The Hermes judges received over 6,000 entries from 22 countries this year. We were thrilled that our client work received 7 total awards, including two Gold and two Platinum honors.

One recently launched client site took home top accolades in two categories. The Students at the Center Hub provides information and resources about student-centered learning in New England. The home page features an interactive story that puts the viewer in the shoes of a fictional student to illustrate the principles of student-centered learning.

Also in 2015, our team created a landing page to promote AT&T’s innovative Ed Tech Accelerator program. The AT&T Aspire Accelerator received a Gold award for landing page design. Another AT&T design, a web-friendly PDF communicating highlights from the company’s 2013 sustainability efforts, won Gold in the corporate social responsibility category.

Additional VOX projects received Honorable Mentions, including several short video pieces that animated data to beautifully illustrate trends. Regardless of the medium, each project awarded this year stands out for the unique story the client had to tell, and we attribute these wins to the collaboration that brought these stories to life.

The Hermes awards are sponsored by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. A full list of winners is available on the award website.
