Biography
Prior to VOX, Emily worked at Clark Realty Capital, a DC-based national real estate developer, where her responsibilities encompassed graphic design, online marketing, media relations, and event coordination. Most recently, as Senior Graphic/Web Designer, she was responsible for the design and production of print and web collateral for six affiliated brands.
At VOX, Emily supports client public affairs and communications objectives through visual design and standards-driven web development. Clients count on Emily’s well-rounded understanding of the role of digital media within an integrated outreach strategy.
Emily lives in Washington, DC and tries to balance her many hours on the computer by getting outside whenever possible to run, play tennis, or explore the city. She engages her creative side outside of VOX by oil painting and experimenting in the kitchen, occasionally giving into the impulse to bake dozens of cookies late at night.
Emily has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Economics from the University of Virginia, and professional certifications in graphic and web design from the Corcoran College of Art + Design.
