Jen’s focus is sustainability and the implementation of corporate citizenship & sustainability programs. Specifically, she works with clients on sustainability reporting and is trained in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting framework. She also aids internal efforts to promote the adoption of initiatives that meet the needs of both business and society.
After an early career start with internships in both the Maine State Senate and the U.S. Congress, Jen focused her attention on becoming an expert in corporate sustainability programs and climate change issues more broadly. At VOX Global, she has helped craft the media strategy for a multi-million dollar campaign intended to influence legislative action on cap and trade proposals. She is currently working with AT&T in the fifth year of their sustainability program and is responsible for enhancing the company’s sustainability reporting process and developing online communications materials and strategy. She also aids efforts to promote the adoption of the company’s sustainability program both internally and externally.
In addition, she leads efforts with Ernst & Young to promote their Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) offerings. Jen has also worked with other recognizable brands including Crocs, Union Pacific, Ross Dress for Less and Frei Brothers Reserve.
Jen is a graduate of Colby College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and History.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys running, swimming, biking (sometimes all together), soccer and spending time in the great outdoors hiking, boating, grilling or just sitting around the campfire. Originally from Maine, she now resides in Washington, DC, where it can be challenging to find a campfire.
