Lizanne specializes in developing large-scale public policy campaigns for clients that combine both offline and online strategies to identify, recruit, educate and mobilize the right audiences to impact important national and state legislative and regulatory battles.

At VOX, Lizanne manages the Grassroots and Strategic Partnerships practice, where she has developed a variety communications and advocacy campaigns on behalf of coalitions, non-profit organizations and corporations. Her work has included issues such as education reform, access to financial services, legal reform and interchange rates. She leverages a range of capabilities in executing campaigns such as grassroots and digital advocacy, stakeholder engagement, traditional media and social media in order to affect public policy outcomes.

Prior to joining VOX, Lizanne served as political director for the National Association of REALTORS®, where she directed the federal lobbying and grassroots activities in a number of states, guided PAC fundraising and spending, and organized Realtor GOTV efforts for federal candidates and was involved in many legislative and regulatory victories on behalf of consumers and the real estate industry.

Lizanne has served in several press, grassroots, coalition development and fundraising positions for candidates and party committees in Washington, DC and California. She got her start in electoral politics at the National Republican Congressional Committee, managed conventions, press activities and coalition outreach for the California Republican Party, served as finance director for the late Matt Fong for his successful campaign for California State Treasurer and as press secretary of the NRCC under former Representative Bill Paxon.

Lizanne is originally from Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pacific in Stockton, CA.

After hours and shuttling her two boys to their many practices and activities, Lizanne tries to carve out time to participate in her favorite hobbies including hiking, gardening and playing tennis. She serves as secretary for the middle school band boosters and is involved in other local volunteer organizations.
