Biography
Prior to joining VOX Global, Syed worked in Wells Fargo and Warid Telecom, where he provided user support to hundreds of users, ranging from desktop and laptop troubleshooting, to data and network connectivity issues. He is Certified for Computer Hardware and troubleshooting With Comptia. For Computer Networking, he is a (CCNA) Cisco Certified Network Associate. He started his career with Warid Telecom as a Help Desk Agent where he provided desktop and laptop user support.
He graduated from the University of the Punjab with a B.S. in Commerce and Information Technology.
Syed loves to dine out and play pool with his friends. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially if it surrounds eating out.
