
Lizanne Sadlier is a Senior Vice President with VOX Global. In that position, she designs and directs state and national grassroots advocacy programs for several VOX clients. She brings nearly twenty years of political, grassroots and association expertise to the position.
During her time with VOX, Sadlier has led a variety of coalitions made up of consumers, non-profit organizations and corporations involved in state and federal public policy debates. Her advocacy efforts have included issues such as state video reform legislation, access to financial services and legal reform.
Prior to joining VOX, Sadlier served as Political Director for the National Association of REALTORS®, a 1.2 million member trade organization. She promoted the interests of over 160,000 members in 8 mid-western states, directed their lobbying and grassroots activities with Members of Congress, guided PAC fundraising and spending, and organized Realtor GOTV and direct mail campaigns for federal candidates. While at NAR, she was instrumental in a grassroots campaign that generated over 350,000 letters from Realtors to Members of Congress impacting a vital real estate issue.
Sadlier has served in several press, grassroots and fundraising positions for candidates and party committees in Washington, D.C. and California. She got her start in electoral politics as a desk coordinator for the National Republican Congressional Committee organizing the party’s coordinated expenditures on U.S. House elections. She then returned to California to manage the party conventions and press activities for the California Republican Party. She served as Finance Director for Matt Fong, raising over $3 million for Fong’s successful campaign for California State Treasurer. After Republicans took control of Congress, Sadlier returned to Washington to serve as Press Secretary of the NRCC, where she handled press relations, advised House campaigns on press strategy and prepared then-Chairman, former Rep. Bill Paxon, for his press appearances.
Sadlier is originally from Southern California and earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pacific in Stockton, CA. She currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband and two sons. She serves as the Membership Chair of her local recreation association and as Treasurer of Cub Scout Pack 1509.
