Robert Hoopes, President
Robert Hoopes is a nationally recognized expert on media relations, issue advocacy and grassroots organizing. Inside and out of government, Hoopes has worked on some of the largest public policy issues of the last 25 years, including passage of the landmark 1996 Telecommunications Act, Dodd-Frank legislation, the MCI-WorldCom merger, NSA and privacy matters, the AT&T DirectTV merger and the successful passage of Permanent Normal Trade Relations with China.

Beth Parker, Partner
A seasoned media strategist with almost two decades of experience, Beth has helped diverse philanthropies, associations, coalitions, nonprofits and corporations raise their organizational visibility and influence public policy. She provides communications counsel and strategy surrounding today’s most pressing public policy challenges, including the transition to common core standards and increasing post-secondary education attainment.

Joel Cooper, Senior Account Executive
As a member of the digital practice group, Joel works to combine detailed data insights, precise audience targeting and engaging content as he creates and manages a variety of digital advertising campaigns. With a deep understanding of advertising technologies, design best-practices and the latest digital innovations, he constantly strives to tell his client’s story in new and exciting ways.

Jon Coffin, Senior Vice President
Jonathan brings nearly fifteen years of experience managing communications initiatives in political, governmental and higher education settings to his work on behalf of VOX clients. Prior to joining VOX, he served as Chief of Staff and Associate Vice President for Communications at DePauw University, a nationally regarded liberal arts college. He has also held communications roles on Capitol Hill and at the U.S. Department of Defense.
