Bryn manages impactful campaigns for major telecommunications companies, where she leads organic and paid social media strategies, collaborates with nonprofit partners, and manages newsletter creation. She has provided crisis response and executive communications support for national foundations and major universities, leveraging social listening to guide strategic decision-making. Her work with a prestigious awards program includes supporting national and international media engagement, media training, and event coordination. For regional economic and workforce development initiatives, she has supported social media strategies, rebranding efforts, and audience and narrative research. Her diverse portfolio also includes research support for professional sports organizations and employee-facing communications for labor and higher education clients.
As a member of VOX’s Behavioral Insights practice group, Bryn leads social listening and narrative research to help organizations uncover opportunities, mitigate risks, and shape more impactful messaging. By analyzing audience conversations and behavioral trends, she helps clients craft authentic narratives that drive engagement and action.
Bryn graduated with high distinction from Indiana University Bloomington with degrees in journalism and business management. Prior to joining VOX in 2019, she held roles in corporate communications at Hillenbrand, education communications at The Media School at IU, and program support at the nonprofit Engage Columbus.
Originally from Indiana, Bryn volunteers with the Lilly Scholars Network and continues to call Indianapolis home.
