She utilizes her media and communications background to weave together key messaging that resonates with target audiences and analyzes behavior to inform tactics for positive change. She also supports clients with internal and strategic communications, event coordination, reputation management and employee engagement. Additionally, she is part of VOX’s technology practice group and employee engagement practice group.
Prior to joining VOX, Rhyan graduated from Ball State University with her B.A. in Interpersonal Communications and worked as the Assistant Director of Public Relations at Ball State University’s student-led, professionally advised advertising agency. She is passionate about advocacy, entertainment and the arts, and the sociological impact of modern technology.
