Allison is co-lead of the media relations practice group and a managing supervisor at VOX, based in Atlanta, GA.
Allison builds media strategies for clients spanning the education, nonprofit and workforce development industries that tell powerful stories and advance thought leadership platforms. Allison has developed internal and external communications engagement strategies on a range of issues, including employee communications, stakeholder and community engagement, CEO executive visibility, major organizational milestones, among others. She has also worked on communications campaigns covering topics such as employability, ed-tech innovations, and national coalition and partnership announcements.
Prior to joining VOX, Allison managed internal communications for a NASA-contractor based in Washington, D.C. Allison holds a Master’s in Political Management at the Graduate School of Political Management at The George Washington University. She graduated from the University of Georgia (UGA) cum laude with a dual degree in International Affairs and Women’s Studies. In her spare time, Allison volunteers as state president for a women’s advocacy organization.
