Emma is a Senior Account Executive in Washington, D.C., working with corporate and non-profit clients on social and environmental sustainability.
In her role at VOX, Emma focuses on developing and communicating sustainable business practices and CSR programs. Through writing, research and project management, she helps inform strategy and support programs from implementation to reporting. Emma is trained on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and is a member of VOX’s CSR & Sustainability and Data & Behavioral Science practices groups.
Emma previously worked for the National Alliance of Forest Owners (NAFO), a trade association committed to advancing the long-term economic, social and environmental benefits of privately owned forests. As NAFO’s Program Manager, she worked on projects across the organization from communications and governance to data management and events. She started her career working on political campaigns in her home state of Illinois.
Emma studied political science at The College of Wooster and recently earned a Master’s degree in Sustainability Management from American University’s Kogod School of Business. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, trying different coffee shops around town and listening to podcasts.
