Ezra Baeli-Wang specializes in diversity, equity and inclusion; supports new business development, and advises clients interested in moving the needle on public opinion and policy.

Ezra focuses on strategy, risk analysis, message refinement and content development for targeted communication and issue advocacy campaigns. At VOX, Ezra supports a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and has helped control the narrative on regional crises and high-stakes media announcements including corporate relocations and mergers and acquisitions. He has contributed to messaging strategy for Congressional re-election campaigns and placed op-eds on national and state-level healthcare legislation as well as thought-leadership pieces on financial innovations in industry-leading trade publications.

Prior to joining VOX, Ezra was the East Asia operations analyst at a medical intelligence firm. In this role, he researched and drafted medical intelligence briefs for more than ten unique regions supporting a variety of public and private sector clients (including support for Super Bowl LII and the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics).

Ezra graduated Phi Beta Kappa with Highest Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At UNC, Ezra served as captain of the Division I varsity fencing team and president of the UNC and ACC student-athlete advisory committees, leading student-athletes’ successful grassroots campaign to repeal North Carolina’s House Bill 2.

In addition to his role as Account Executive at VOX, Ezra Baeli-Wang is a speaker at colleges, conferences and community organizations nationwide on athlete activism and allyship and serves as communications strategist and NAAAP100 Awards Program Director for the National Association of Asian American Professionals.
