Gabriella is a Managing Supervisor at VOX Global in Washington, DC, in the Media Relations, Diversity & Inclusion and Grassroots practice groups. Gabriella supports a variety of trade associations, non-profit and corporate clients in developing and executing strategic communications campaigns.

At VOX, Gabriella’s work includes supporting community engagement and stakeholder outreach, as well as developing signature philanthropic programs for corporate clients, including AT&T Aspire.

Gabriella joined the VOX team from FleishmanHillard’s headquarters in St. Louis where she worked across the Public Affairs, Sustainability and Corporate Issues & Financial practice groups. She contributed to several agency client teams, including the Boy Scouts of America, Civic Progress, the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis and Monsanto Co. Joining FH as an Alfred Fleishman Diversity Fellow, Gabriella brought her passion for ethnic and cultural diversity to her specializations in issues management, state legislative affairs, executive visibility and media relations, as well as her work on public education campaigns spanning more than 40 local media markets.

Prior to joining FleishmanHillard, Gabriella was a community liaison and staff writer for Albuquerque Public Schools, the 30th-largest school district in the country, where she developed social content, community newsletters and employee communications. She also interned in the communication offices of the New Mexico Music Commission, New Mexico State University and Fort Bliss Public Affairs; served as the editor of her student newspaper; and interned with Hearst Newspapers’ D.C. bureau, writing for the organization’s 14 newspapers and four political websites including the Houston Chronicle.

Gabriella graduated with honors from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Arts in government and journalism, specializing in both print journalism and public relations. During her time at NMSU, she completed transfer semesters at Georgetown University and the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Spain.

A New Mexico native, Gabriella has a passion for travel and outdoors. In her spare time, she enjoys trying out local cuisine, cooking, hiking and yoga.
