Jeanna Buck-Simpson is an Account Supervisor with VOX’s Washington, D.C. office, where she supports clients in the health care, technology, and financial services sectors. Jeanna works to meet her clients’ public affairs and advocacy goals through earned and owned media, high-profile events, and strategic advocacy campaigns.
Prior to joining the VOX team, Jeanna worked with trade associations and nonprofit clients at Conve Communications, a public affairs agency based in San Diego, CA. There, she worked to create comprehensive advocacy campaigns concerning drug pricing, access, and affordability and worked to support clients’ media relations efforts in the labor and workforce industries. Before her time at Conve, Jeanna worked in public affairs at the Business Roundtable, supporting large-scale events and advocacy campaigns on tax reform, NAFTA negotiations, and infrastructure investment. Beginning her career on Capitol Hill and serving as a staffer for four years, Jeanna brings a wealth of public sector knowledge and experience to her private sector clients.
Jeanna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science from Peace College in Raleigh, N.C., and earned her Master’s from American University in Strategic Communication. Outside of the office, you can find Jeanna hiking, skiing, or looking for her next favorite coffee shop.
