Jen helps organizations find their voice and meet their goals. Through strategic communications campaigns, she works with clients to discover the right messaging, materials, allies and spokespeople to achieve their cause.
Specifically, Jen’s focus is creating and communicating corporate sustainability programs. She is an expert in sustainability reporting and is fully trained in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting framework. She also helps companies to set strategies, identify focus areas, engage with stakeholders and create meaningful projects that have a positive impact for both the business and society.
After an early career start with internships in both the Maine State Senate and the U.S. Congress, Jen focused her attention on becoming an expert in corporate sustainability programs and climate change issues more broadly. At VOX Global, she has helped craft the media strategy for a multi-million dollar campaign intended to influence legislative action on cap and trade proposals.
She is currently working with AT&T in the eighth year of its sustainability program. Over this time, Jen has laid the foundation for the company’s reporting, aided in materiality assessments and the transition to the GRI G4, helped forge and build stakeholder relationships both internally and externally and helped establish the company’s latest strategic platform, Connect to Good, and accompanying 2025 goals.
In addition, Jen works with Union Pacific, Bank of America, Washington Gas and the Aluminum Association. Jen has also worked with other recognizable brands including Crocs, Ross Dress for Less and Frei Brothers Reserve.
Jen is a graduate of Colby College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and History.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys running, cycling, soccer and spending time in the great outdoors hiking, paddling, skiing or just sitting around the campfire. Jen resides in Portland, Maine.
