Kwabena Agyare

Kwabena Agyare is a recent graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where he studied Political Science and Communications studies. In school, he focused on the intersection between politics, communications and African affairs.

Prior to joining VOX includes, Kwabena pursued a co-op at PAN Communications, where he helped shape the media relations strategy for a variety of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity clients. He also has experience overseas working as a journalism intern for Citi FM, Ghana’s largest English speaking radio station, where he spent the summer covering the lead up to the 2016 Presidential election. His professional and academic endeavors granted him the opportunity to study and work in countries such as Kenya, Germany, France, the UK, Ghana, the Netherlands and Belgium.

Kwabena split his time growing up between London, UK and Accra, Ghana, before moving to the US in 2014 for college. With Wimbledon, London, as his hometown, Kwabena is an avid tennis fan but also enjoys attending musical concerts, traveling and learning about new cultures and languages.
