At VOX, Camryn guides large multinational corporations and smaller organizations through the complexities of sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement strategies. She ensures alignment with leading reporting frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
Previously, Camryn worked as an ESG & Social Impact Associate Consultant at APCO Worldwide, advising nonprofits, foundations, and corporations on ESG reporting, energy policy advocacy, eNGO engagement, coalition building, climate risk management strategy, federal grant writing, and Community Benefits Plan (CBP) development. Additionally, she co-chaired the Women’s Leadership Employee Resource Group, creating supportive, meaningful, and intersectional professional development opportunities and corporate culture events to empower gender equity and foster an inclusive environment.
Camryn also worked at the World Resources Institute’s NDC Partnership, a global initiative that supports countries in achieving their climate commitments. Her work included developing and executing the communication and stakeholder engagement strategy for the first annual Youth Engagement Forum, aimed at building young people’s capacity on climate change and engaging them in global NDC partnership activities aligned with the Paris Agreement and the SDGs.
Camryn began her career at the National Audubon Society, where she conducted outreach and legislative advocacy for clean energy infrastructure, coastal resilience, native plants, and Heir’s Property in North Carolina.
Camryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs, with a double major in English, from Wake Forest University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, sculpting, and birdwatching.
