Cat has long been interested in the intersection of policy and communications. Prior to joining VOX, Cat served as a press intern in both the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. She also served as a research intern for Snapchat’s Policy Partnership and Social Impact Team, measuring civic participation among youth in the U.S.
Cat graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science as well as Public Relations. In her free time, you will find her reading and baking.
