She works across financial services, telecommunications and energy clients, helping organizations and executives strengthen their digital presence through thoughtful messaging, platform optimization, and insights driven recommendations. Her work includes developing and executing social content across owned and paid channels, supporting executive and employee communications programs.
Prior to joining VOX, Chelsea worked in the Maryland General Assembly as a Communications Assistant, where she supported a state delegate with social media management and press efforts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communication from the University of Maryland, where she developed a strong foundation in messaging, media, and the intersection of politics and public discourse.
Outside of work, Chelsea raises service dogs through the Guide Dog Foundation and enjoys staying active through pickleball, as well as putting her knowledge to the test at local trivia nights.
