Courtney manages clients’ annual sustainability and ESG disclosures, evaluating reporting practices, identifying opportunities to enhance alignment with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD, and guiding them through the evolving regulatory landscape. She also brings experience with ratings platforms including CDP and EcoVadis. She serves as the primary project manager for a major telecommunications company’s annual sustainability reporting, overseeing alignment with reporting standards and frameworks, as well as broader strategic and operational aspects of the project. In addition, she supports the company’s environmental initiatives. Courtney has also led sustainability reporting for a leading lottery company and supported ESG reporting efforts for a global analytical instrumentation company.
Prior to joining VOX, Courtney led sustainability reporting and environmental initiatives at a Fortune 500 company, building a strong foundation in corporate responsibility and internal program management. She previously worked for an environmental health and safety consulting firm, where she supported clients in complying with local regulations.
Courtney earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in environmental engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University and Syracuse University, respectively. Her academic work covered climate change and environmental impact research, with a specific focus on sustainability and corporate responsibility.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys reading, hiking, and thrifting, and loves adventuring with her dog, Moose.
