Jasmine’s comprehensive responsibilities span multiple areas of financial operations, including vendor contract and payment management, expense report reconciliation, and purchasing card management. She oversees complex processes from vendor onboarding and purchase order creation to invoice processing and payment tracking, with specialized focus on supporting the media advertising team through budget tracker management and submitting and resolving invoice discrepancies.
Additionally, Jasmine conducts expense and time entry training for all employees, maintains the finance handbook, coordinates temporary employee onboarding, and provides operational support throughout VOX, among other critical functions that keep the organization running smoothly.
Jasmine graduated from Stevenson University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. As a Stage 3 Colorectal Cancer Survivor, she dedicates time to advocacy and mentoring others navigating the disease. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her loved ones.
