With nearly two decades of experience in the field, Jen works with companies to build environmental and social programs that center on critical issues facing the organization. She helps clients to set strategy, develop goals, collaborate with advocacy organizations, engage employees and create meaningful projects that have a positive impact for both the business and society.
An expert in sustainability reporting, Jen helps her clients build disclosure strategies to report to top frameworks including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)/European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
Jen also specializes in climate change issues and has supported organizational efforts to establish net zero pathways and manage climate-related impacts facing their businesses. Early in her career, she helped craft the media strategy for a multi-million-dollar campaign intended to influence legislative action on cap-and-trade proposals.
Supporting companies across a variety of industries, Jen currently leads work with a major telecommunications company, a leading eye care company, a major utility company and a global apparel company. Over her career, she has worked with organizations including a major retailer, a leading financial institution, a footwear company, a global professional services firm, a renewable energy company, a major railroad company, an e-commerce company and a leading environmental research organization.
