She specializes in digital strategy for corporate social impact campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and stakeholder communications across diverse industries including retail, automotive, healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services. Her work extends from major universities and international think tanks to industry associations and advocacy campaigns, consistently delivering creative solutions that translate complex data into compelling narratives.
Her expertise encompasses data design and storytelling, long-form sustainability report best practices, web strategy and development, and web and digital document accessibility standards. She brings particular strength to user experience design, having built sites since the early days of mobile-responsive design.
Kate is a leader of the firm’s creative team and co-leads VOX’s Recognition & Belonging Team, fostering connections through culture and shared experiences.
Kate began her VOX journey as an intern and earned dual degrees in Graphic Design and Public Relations from Pacific Lutheran University. Her career growth from intern to Vice President reflects her dedication to creative excellence and strategic thinking.
Kate lives in Jefferson, Maryland with her husband Cameron and their daughter Penny. When not supporting VOX clients, she enjoys crafting new ice cream flavors, DIY home projects, and listening to audiobooks in their one-stop-light town in the heart of Maryland.
