Kayla manages projects for clients including a major technology company’s annual UN General Assembly events, nature conservation organizations’ renewable energy policy work, higher education institutions’ communications initiatives, and local nonprofits’ education, telemedicine, and support programs. Her expertise spans finance, education, philanthropy, and technology sectors, where she develops key communications strategies and ensures seamless project execution.
Prior to joining VOX, Kayla worked at Meta to bring the metaverse to the enterprise, where she guided storytelling efforts for XR projects across the company and supported team leadership in external speaking opportunities. She also brings valuable policy experience from her time at the Indiana Statehouse, US Congress, and British Parliament.
Kayla earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University. She is a native Hoosier and lives in Indianapolis with her husband, two children, and dog. In her free time, you can find her reading, testing out a new recipe, or spending time with friends and family.
