Leslie helps organizations navigate complex policy landscapes and craft compelling messaging that drives engagement and advocacy. With a background in public affairs, policy analysis, and strategic communications, she specializes in translating intricate policy issues into clear, actionable insights.

Before joining VOX Global, Leslie served as Director of Public Affairs at the Merchant Advisory Group (MAG), where she led communications and advocacy efforts for an association of over 200 of the largest U.S. merchants focused on electronic payments. She developed and executed strategies to ensure the merchant perspective was effectively represented in industry and regulatory discussions.

Previously, she served as Director of Public Affairs at AT&T, where she managed public affairs campaigns and messaging alignment across state, federal, and international levels. She began her career on Capitol Hill as a policy analyst for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, focusing on Latin American policy and international economic issues.

A strategic communicator and project manager, Leslie excels at bridging the gap between complex policy and real-world impact. She is recognized for crafting narratives that drive action, building cross-functional collaboration, and implementing advocacy strategies that resonate.

Leslie holds a B.A. in History and Hispanic Studies from the University of Tennessee. She has lived and worked abroad, including as an English teacher in Chile, and is passionate about language as a tool for connection. Outside of work, you can usually find Leslie at the pottery studio, exploring the outdoors, or planning her next international adventure.
