Nicole Nelson

Director, Operations

With over a decade of experience, Nicole is a people-focused administrator who excels at fostering high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and implementing effective company policies. She creates collaborative work cultures by mentoring employees, managing talent, and supporting professional growth. Nicole oversees operations, organizes company-wide initiatives, and coordinates events to strengthen team engagement.

Currently, Nicole provides comprehensive support to CEO Robert Hoopes and CCO Carey Tarbell while collaborating across the Omnicom and OPRG networks to ensure seamless executive operations, effective communication, and a culture of excellence.

Nicole began her career as an Operations Manager at Aflac, where she supported a top-producing State Sales Coordinator by managing recruitment, training, and administrative functions. She ensured the insurance sales force was organized, motivated, and consistently achieving goals.

Outside of work, Nicole is committed to community building through volunteer roles, including President of the TRADET Group 2 Family Readiness Group and former Treasurer of Team 10 Family Readiness Group. She leads initiatives to support military families, fostering connection and belonging.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida. In her free time, she enjoys audiobooks, following Formula 1, chasing after her energetic toddlers, and embracing the challenges and rewards of being a Navy spouse.
